Why this matters

Should you hire a life coach,
or a leadership coach?

I'd argue the question is wrong. Compartmentalising your career, your decisions, your time, and your wellbeing into separate boxes is what built the problem in the first place. Coaching, done well, is for life — and that includes work.

Two ways to work together

that fits where you are.

The Method

A structured approach
to a non-linear thing.

Coaching that's neither vague nor robotic. A framework I've shaped over three decades — adapted every time, because no two people are the same.

01

Listen

A first conversation, no pitch. We map where you actually are — career, relationships, time, energy — and what you'd like to be true a year from now.

02

Frame

We separate the noise from the few things that actually move your life forward. Goals get sharper. Trade-offs get honest.

03

Do

Short, structured sessions with real-world experiments between them. Reading, journaling, decisions, conversations — small things, repeated, on purpose.

04

Refine

Review what worked, what didn't, what you've learned about yourself. Adjust. Keep going. Coaching ends when you no longer need it.

Meet Vineet

Three decades, two careers,
one through-line.

I spent thirty years inside corporations — Fortune 500s, family businesses, startups, factories in five countries. I built operations, fixed broken ones, and sat with hundreds of leaders trying to figure out what to do next.

What I noticed: the answer was almost never the strategy. It was the person making the call — what they couldn't see about themselves, what they wouldn't say out loud, what they kept measuring instead of changing.

Coaching is what I do now. The job is the same it always was — help one person see one thing more clearly, and watch what happens next.
